Dreadful customer service and No honesty in labeling.
No one will give me correct info on ingredients in honey lip. Your website and the actual product label differ greatly!!!

  Hi Nancy, this is Jean, the owner of KIND soap company. I am so sorry that you have not received communication from us. I personally emailed you when you first let us know about the descrepancy between the ingredients. You brought that to our attention and we corrected it online at that time. The Honey Kisses lip balm ingredients were for a skin care product – and vice versa. If my email did not reach you, I sincerely apologize. Hopefully you will get this one through the website reply system. I will look for the email I sent you and re-send to you so you can see that we did try to reply to your question right away. Jean
