Policy on Returns and Refunds

Returns

Please contact us at info@kindsoap.com with your order number if you have a question or concern about the condition your product was received in.  We make every effort to ensure it arrives safely and have insured it during transit; however, weather or unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze or break.  If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so we can make a claim and will get replacement product shipped as soon as we can.

It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your KIND product.  If anything is not working for you, please let us know at info@kindsoap.com with your order number and we can discuss options for return, replacement or discount.

Please do not send your purchase back without authorization via email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product, send us an email at info@kindsoap.com and send your item to: KIND soap company, 20 Allen Avenue, Suite 105, Webster Groves, Missouri 63119, USA.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: KIND soap company 20 Allen Avenue, Suite 105, Webster Groves, Missouri 63119, USA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless another agreement has been made via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items:

We regret that we can not accept Gift Certificates/Card back for a refund.
